This is a used Allen-Bradley 1746-OX8 output module for the SLC 500 modular platform. It provides 8 individually isolated relay outputs, each with a normally open and a normally closed contact, for switching AC or DC loads such as solenoids, contactor coils, pilot lights and other field devices. Because each output is isolated, you can mix different voltages and circuits on the same module. It suits replacing an existing module or keeping a spare for a machine you want to keep running.
