Q Series — Legacy

We Support Your Legacy Systems.

Your Q series system is probably still running fine. It may not fail today, but it will. And when it does, you may not have a current program backup, the I/O cards you need may be on a six week lead time and the integrator who built it may not be available. Celtex eliminated risk to your operation. We provide program backups and archiving, fault diagnosis in GX Works2 and GX Developer and we'll give you an honest assessment about time to migration when the moment is right.

MELSERVO MR-J4 / MR-J5

Servo & Motion Control Expertise.

A servo drive that left site on auto tune defaults is a liability. Are you seeing error faults under load, thermal trips at full cycle rate or positioning drift that nobody can explain? Celtex commissions MR-J4 and MR-J5 drives against the actual mechanical load. We perform gain & PID tuning via the machine analyser, SSCNET III/H axis configuration within the iQ-R Motion CPU and electronic cam and gearing verified under real production conditions before handover.

GOT2000 HMI

HMI Interfaces Designed for the Real World.

An HMI that shows every tag in the program isn't "operator visibility". It's a production issue with a touchscreen on it. Celtex builds HMI applications around what the operator actually needs. We make the right information visible at a glance, write alarm management that tells operators what to do rather than what happened and trend displays that make process issues visible before it becomes a problem.

CC-Link IE Field & CC-Link IE TSN

Communications Network Design.

CC-Link IE Field network faults have specific failure modes that aren't obvious from the error codes alone. Station number conflicts, cyclic transmission timeouts and cable topology errors that appear as intermittent communication losses under load. Celtex diagnoses CC-Link IE faults at the network level and commissions new CC-Link IE Field and TSN installations with the configuration discipline that prevents those faults from happening in the first place.

SCADA & Data Integration

Mitsubishi Systems Integrators.

If your Mitsubishi system is running in isolation with no SCADA, no historian and no way to see what the process did three shifts ago, you're making maintenance and production decisions without the data to support them. Multi-axis servo coordination

Servo systems usually have a configuration problem, not a hardware problem.

If your machine is running coordinated axes, electronic cam, flying shear or a synchronised winding setup and it’s been underperforming since commissioning, the cause is almost always in the motion configuration. Celtex commissions SSCNET III/H multi axis systems properly. Axis synchronisation is verified under load, cam profiles tested at production speed and fault recovery sequences will be designed that don’t require a manual restart every time something trips.
