The Challenge
A local manufacturer was suffering from poor reliability of their Beckhoff controlled production systems. The OEM equipment manufacturer was providing our client poor service at high cost and system downtime was rapidly eating into the company bottom line.
What we did
Celtex plugged into the existing Beckhoff system and reviewed the existing programming, modifying the system to allow for remote login and troubleshooting the ongoing communications issues that the customer was experiencing.
Outcome
The production line returned to operation with drastically reduced downtime. Celtex reduced our customer reliability on expensive OEM product support and dramatically improved the response time to system operational issues, saving hundreds of thousands of dollars for the client.
