“Absolutely outstanding customer service from Carver. It’s rare I’ve seen trades go above and beyond lately, but he truly did.
We had some residential electrical work done (moving sconce/light fixtures type of thing) and he was excellent at making sure minimal intrusive damage was done. Made the drywall repair work much easier on me. When I say he went above and beyond, what I mean is that even though the job took longer than initially expected, he stuck through it and worked long hours to get it done never straying from his initial quote. He had excellent communication letting me know if he was running even 20min late from another site or traffic had home delayed a bit so I was never wondering if/when. He wasn’t feeling 100% one day, but due to my awful schedule, it would have been a long way out to reschedule the work. He toughed through it, and still got the job done. We have future work we will need done, and I will definitely be calling them back.”
