In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to figure out what’s really holding their electrical systems back — and what to do about it. You’ll come into each job site with a clear plan, pressure-test it live in the field, and walk away with a focused execution strategy to power their operations. You’ll also help turn those insights into repeatable processes and tools we can use across our projects and clientele.

Here’s what you’ll actually do:

• Apply your knowledge & best practices to break down electrical systems quickly and clearly.
• Review customer systems & processes to identify key issues and potential action steps.
• Lead installation sessions on live job sites with real clients in real time.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners & client companies throughout their journey with us.
• Work with our internal team to turn your learnings into assets that scale (guides, templates, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop a rapid installation strategy for client projects–identifying constraints, determining solutions, and breaking those solutions down into tactical steps.
• Lead team discussions with your apprentice(s) & collaborate with the company director, including system breakdowns for live troubleshooting.
• Present solutions, frameworks, and guides during our projects to clients and collaborate with the team in the creation and iteration of those assets and our growing knowledge base.
• Maintain professional client relationships, answer questions, and serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert for project participants.
• Partner with the operations team to identify opportunities to improve execution, safety & functionality of projects.
• Training and coaching other team members on client engagement and asset creation, especially apprentice team members.
• Serve as a team lead when needed for project events, ranging from short tactical interventions to overseeing the site.

Results

• Create and deliver world-class electrical installations consistently during projects.
• Deliver an exceptional experience to project clients, in support of our standard of excellence in conducting work (our target successful service rate is 95%+)
• Inspire clients to engage in more Celtex Electric & Automation projects and also refer friends or others to us (target repeat business rate is 40%+)
• Track impact and results from participating client projects (target productivity *or loss thereof* gain for client operations should be at least 20% on average).
• Uphold company values and culture in all interactions with project participants.

Requirements

• Proven track record of electrical expertise across general wiring, automation and controls with high-efficiency execution.
• Ideal candidates have experience in electrical service, troubleshooting & repair or a similarly rigorous role, or a history of success and personal interest in designing, installing, repairing, and ideally completing small technical projects across the electronics, automation & electrical fields.
• Leadership in fast-paced field environments, driving installations, team building, and scalable processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially for a business management audience.
• Strong influencing ability — capable of quickly understanding and overcoming objections or blockers from clients.
• High emotional intelligence with a willingness to develop deep interpersonal relationships.
• Strong electrical acumen with the confidence and knowledge to teach others.
• Demonstrated experience as a creative problem solver with the ability to structure complex issues quickly and with deep proficiency.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
• Demonstrated integrity and dedication to effective, efficient delivery of objectives.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.

Project Schedule Expectations

• Our project weeks are intentionally high-intensity and fast-paced to drive transformation for our clients. During these weeks, team members are expected to be available from 8:00 AM to 5PM, with additional hours sometimes required to support preparation, execution, and unexpected roadblocks.

Compensation

• $46.70/hr + yearly bonus based on tenure, contribution & years of experience.
